The 2nd International Symposium on Highly-Controlled Nano- and Micro-Scale Functional Surface Structures for Frontier Smart Materials 2014 will be held on May 17th, 2014 at Kanazawa-Hakkei Campus, Kanto Gakuin University.
This symposium focuses on advanced and frontier materials and surface technologies applicable to wide ranged fields such as Electronics, Optoelectronics, Molecular Electronics, Nano- and Micro-Science and Technology, Energy, Micro- and Nano-Machines (MEMS, NEMS), Chemical and Bio-Medical materials.
